Quality issues

If a quality issue is confirmed as our fault, we will reissue or refund. Please provide photos and details within 7 days of receipt.

Samples before bulk production

We can offer 1-3 samples for quality checking before you place a bulk order. Small items are usually free; freight is at the buyer's cost.
